All orders placed with LJB are packaged beautifully. Each item has its own box, pouch and LJB bag. Perfect for a gift and ready to put under the Christmas tree.

Christmas Returns and exchange policy

All Christmas orders can be refunded or exchanged until January 5th.

Christmas delivery information: UK

To ensure all items are delivered by Christmas day all orders must be placed before 1pm on the 22nd December.

Christmas delivery information: International

To ensure all items are delivered by Christmas day all international orders must be placed before 1pm on the 10th December. International orders may be subject to delays at customs, for more information on customs charges please contact your local customs office.

VAT : For goods travelling outside of the EU, VAT (15%) will be removed from your order at point of sale.

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR UK AND EU CUSTOMERS WHO PLACE ORDERS OVER £300.

 

In certain circumstances the time periods quoted may vary due to external factors, such as customs delays, which are beyond our control. All orders received prior to 1pm on a usual business day shall be dispatched for delivery that day. All orders received after 1pm on a business day, weekend or non-business day shall be dispatched on the next business day.

UK Deliveries

All UK orders are shipped using Royal mail special delivery to the address specified by you during the ordering process. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over so please make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address when the goods arrive.

International Deliveries

We ship to Europe and the Rest of the world using the Royal Mail International Signed for delivery service. All goods must be signed for so please specify a delivery address where there will be someone present to sign for the goods.

VAT : For goods travelling outside of the EU, VAT (15%) will be removed from your order at point of sale.

Please note: Any customs or airport duties are charged when the package reaches its destination. Therefore any such charges that may be incurred are necessarily the responsibility of the receiver. Customs and airport charges vary depending on country of destination. For further information on customs charges please contact your local customs office. Any import duty and local sales taxes will not be refunded to Non-EU customers who return goods.

Returns for UK customers

In order to exchange or return goods, the customer must request a return authorisation number within 7 days of delivery. For returns and exchanges within the UK requested within 7 days LJB offers a free returns service using Royal Mail special delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods which have had their security tags removed.

All items for return or exchange must have a return authorisation number. To obtain a return authorisation number, please email us at returns@ljblondon.com or telephone us on 08448008469. Please quote your invoice number and the details of the goods to be returned. Once you have received the return authorisation number please return items within 7 days. Items not received within 7 days are only accepted at our discretion and will only be refunded as a credit note.

When you have received the return authorisation number please follow the instructions below. This information will also be send to you with your order.

If you wish to exchange an item please inform us of your choice when requesting your return authorisation number. We will reserve the item for you and it will be sent out to you after we have received the returned goods.

If you have received jewellery from L JB as a gift please contact us to organise an exchange.

How to return goods

In order to use our free returns service, UK customers must request a returns authorisation number. To do this please email us at returns@ljblondon.com or telephone us on 08448008469 within 7 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned with the security tag still in place.

Please return the items in the original packaging enclosing the original invoice and the returns form within the box. Please use the provided returns label. A refund will not be given if the items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In such cases the items will be returned to you.

The return authorisation number must be written on your invoice and the returns form which must be included in the box.

The return authorisation number must also be written on the return shipping label. Please re-seal the box carefully.

We ask that all returns are shipped through Royal Mail special delivery. We do not accept liability for any goods not returned using this service. You will need to take your return items to a Post Office for return using Royal Mail special delivery service within 7 days of receiving your return authorisation number. The return address and our Licence number is written on the return shipping label included with your delivery.

To ensure that you are not charged for the shipment of the item being returned please use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Response label which is included with your delivery.

Returns for International customers

We will accept returns from outside the UK but the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment should they wish to have the goods exchanged or refunded.

Please return the items in the original packaging enclosing the original invoice and the returns form within the box. A refund will not be given if the items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used.

You will be issued with the LJB returns address when you contact us for the Return Authorisation number.

The return authorisation number must be written on your invoice and the returns form which must be included in the box.

Receiving a refund

Where applicable all refunds will be made to you within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned goods. All refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. This will include sales taxes for all European Union country shipments but will exclude the shipping charges.

Alternatively you can request a credit note that can be used for up to six months against any purchase on Little Jewellery Boutique.
